Vu la décision du 20 juillet 2023 soumettant l'exportation des médicaments Methotrexate Accord Healthcare 25 mg/ml inj. opl. i.m./i.thec./i.v./i.arter. flac. 2 ml en 40 ml, Emthexate 50 mg/2 ml inj. opl. i.m./i.thec./i.ventricul./i.v./i.arter. flac. 2 ml, Emthexate 500 mg/20 ml inj. opl. i.m./i.thec./i.ventricul./i.v./i.arter. flac. 20 ml, Emthexate 1000 mg/40 ml inj. opl. i.m./i.thec./i.ventricul./i.v./i.arter. flac. 40 ml, Emthexate 5000 mg/50 ml inj. opl. i.m./i.thec./i.ventricul./i.v./i.arter. flac. 50 ml destinés au marché belge à une autorisation préalable ;

Considérant que l'indisponibilité, au sens de l'article 2, 29), de l'arrêté royal du 14 décembre 2006 relatif aux médicaments à usage humain et vétérinaire, des médicaments Emthexate 50 mg/2 ml sol. inj. i.m./i.théc./i.ventricul./i.v./i.artér. flac. 2 ml et Emthexate 5000 mg/50 ml sol. inj. i.m./i.théc./i.ventricul./i.v./i.artér. flac. 50 ml a pris fin le 18 août 2023 ;
