Vu la loi du 24 janvier 1977 relative à la protection de la santé des consommateurs en ce qui concerne les denrées alimentaires et les autres produits, notamment l'article 12, alinéas 3 et 4;

Vu l'arrêté royal du 29 janvier 1996 relatif à l'agrément des laboratoires d'analyse des denrées alimentaires et des autres produits, modifié par l'arrêté royal du 9 janvier 1998;

Considérant que les laboratoires repris en annexe ont obtenu une accréditation en application des dispositions de l'arrêté royal du 22 décembre 1992 portant création d'un système d'accréditation des laboratoires d'essais et des organismes de contrôle et en fixant les procédures et les conditions d'accréditation conformément aux critères des normes de la série NBN-EN 45000, Arrête :

Article 1er.Les laboratoires repris en annexe du présent arrêté sont agréés pour effectuer les analyses et les contre-analyses d'échantillons de denrées alimentaires et d'autres produits conformément au champ d'application du certificat d'accréditation du laboratoire.

Art. 2.Les arrêtés ministériels suivants, sont abrogés : 1° l'arrêté ministériel du 12 octobre 1998 d'agrément de laboratoires d'analyse d'échantillons de denrées alimentaires et d'autres produits; 2° l'arrêté ministériel du 17 décembre 1998 d'agrément pour les analyses, les contre-analyses du CARAH a.s.b.l à Ath; 3° l'arrêté ministériel du 18 janvier 1999 d'agrément pour les analyses et les contre-analyses du laboratoire EURACETA s.a. à Villers-le-Bouillet; 4° l'arrêté ministériel du 1er mars 1999 d'agrément pour les analyses, les contre-analyses du laboratoire « Laboratoria Milieudiagnostiek Vlaamse Instelling voor Technologisch Onderzoek » à Mol; 5° l'arrêté ministériel d'agrément du 8 avril 1999 pour les analyses, les contre-analyses du laboratoire Micro-Smedt s.p.r.l à Hertentals; 6° l'arrêté ministériel du 16 août 1999 d'agrément pour les analyses et les contre-analyses du laboratoire LAVETAN s.a. à Vosselaar; 7° arrêté ministériel d'agrément du 16 août 1999 pour les analyses et les contre-analyses du laboratoire MICROBIO s.p.r.l. à Holsbeek; 8° l'arrêté ministériel du 10 août 1994 d'agrément pour les analyses et les contre-analyses du "laboratorium voor fytofarmacie van de Faculteit Landbouwkundige en Toegepaste Biologische Wetenschappen van de Universiteit Gent", tel que modifié jusqu'à présent.

Art. 3.Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Moniteur belge.
