Le Ministre de la Défense, Vu la loi du 30 juillet 1938Documents pertinents retrouvés type loi prom. 30/07/1938 pub. 24/10/2001 numac 2001000545 source ministere de l'interieur Loi concernant l'usage des langues à l'armée Traduction allemande fermer concernant l'usage des langues à l'armée, notamment l'article 12, alinéa 3, inséré par la loi du 2 août 2002;

Vu l'arrêté ministériel du 21 mars 2007 fixant les matières qui peuvent être enseignées en anglais à l'Ecole royale militaire;

Considérant que les matières fixées ci-après, par leur usage professionnel, nécessitent la connaissance et l'usage de l'anglais, Arrête :

Article 1er.Les matières qui peuvent être enseignées en anglais à l'Ecole royale militaire sont fixées dans l'annexe au présent arrêté.

Art. 2.L'arrêté ministériel du 21 mars 2007 fixant les matières qui peuvent être enseignées en anglais à l'Ecole royale militaire, est abrogé.

Art. 3.Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er septembre 2007.
