Het zal in werking treden op de datum van de ontvangst door de Verenigde Naties van de geschreven kennisgeving van België, dat er voldaan is aan alle interne procedures met het oog op zijn inwerkingtreding, met uitwerking vanaf de datum van ondertekening. Ten blijke waarvan de gevolmachtigden van de partijen dit Aanvullend Protocol ondertekend hebben, Gedaan te Brussel, op 11 juli 2012 in twee originele exemplaren in de Engelse taal door het Koninkrijk België, en Gedaan te New York, op 11 juli 2012 in twee originele exemplaren in de | Article 2 Cet Accord est signé par les deux parties.
