Artikel 1.1. Voor de toepassing van deze Schikking verstaat men onder "Overeenkomst" de Overeenkomst betreffende de sociale zekerheid tussen

Article 1er.1. Pour l'application du présent Arrangement, le terme "Convention" désigne la Convention entre le Royaume de Belgique et le

DEEL II. - Bepalingen betreffende de toepasselijke wetgeving TITRE II. - Dispositions concernant la législation applicable

Art. 4.1. In de gevallen bedoeld in artikelen 8 en 9, paragraaf 1 van

Van het overeenkomstig paragraaf 1 van dit artikel door de Japanse bevoegde instelling afgeleverde getuigschrift of informatie eruit wordt voor werknemers een kopie gestuurd naar de Rijksdienst voor sociale zekerheid, Brussel, en voor zelfstandigen naar het Rijksinstituut voor de sociale verzekeringen der zelfstandigen, Brussel. Une copie du certificat délivré conformément au paragraphe 1er du présent article par l'institution du Japon ou les données provenant de ce certificat sont envoyées, en ce qui concerne les travailleurs salariés, à l'Office national de sécurité sociale, Bruxelles, et, en ce qui concerne les travailleurs indépendants, à l'Institut national d'assurances sociales pour travailleurs indépendants, Bruxelles.
