A partir du 1er mars 2017, les frais de publications des actes des personnes morales dans les annexes du Moniteur belge sont fixés comme suit : 1. Pour les entreprises : 223,50 EUR, hors T.V.A., pour un acte constitutif déposé sur papier; 180,50 EUR, hors T.V.A., pour un acte constitutif déposé électroniquement; 131,10 EUR, hors T.V.A., pour un acte modificatif. 2. Pour les associations sans but lucratif, les associations internationales sans but lucratif, les fondations, les organismes et autres formes juridiques que l'on peut ranger sous le terme général "associations" : 154,70 EUR, hors T.V.A., pour un acte constitutif déposé sur papier; 111,80 EUR, hors T.V.A., pour un acte constitutif déposé électroniquement; 104,90 EUR, hors T.V.A., pour un acte modificatif.
