TITRE 2. - Dispositions concernant la législation applicable	DEEL II. - Bepalingen betreffende de toepasselijke wetgeving

L'institution de liaison indienne informera l'institution de liaison belge chaque fois que le montant de la prestation ou d'autres revenus du bénéficiaire et/ou du conjoint du bénéficiaire évolue. 8. Het Indiase verbindingsorgaan zal daarenboven alle beschikbare inlichtingen toesturen betreffende de aard van het uitgevoerde werk en betreffende de verdiensten of inkomsten die de belanghebbende of zijn echtgenoot geniet of heeft genoten. Nadat de uitkering is toegekend, zullen de in deze paragraaf vermelde inlichtingen worden toegestuurd telkens er een wijziging is in de situatie. 7. Het Indiase verbindingsorgaan zal het Belgische verbindingsorgaan inlichten telkens er een verandering is in het bedrag van de uitkering of de andere inkomsten van de gerechtigde en/of de echtgenoot van de gerechtigde. 8. De verbindingsorganen van beide overeenkomstsluitende Staten lichten elkaar in bij het overlijden van een gemeenschappelijke gerechtigde en/of van de echtgenoot van de gerechtigde.
