Deze zal de overige ondertekenende Regeringen van de ontvangst van deze kennisgeving op de hoogte stellen. Hetzelfde geldt voor het ongedaan maken van de schorsing. 11. Wat het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden betreft, kan de toepassing van deze Overeenkomst tot de Nederlandse Antillen en Aruba worden uitgebreid door kennisgeving van de Nederlandse Regering aan de Regering van Montenegro. 30 jours adressé au Gouvernement belge. En ce qui concerne le Royaume des Pays-Bas l'application du présent Accord peut être étendue aux Antilles néerlandaises et à Aruba par une notification du Gouvernement des Pays-Bas au Gouvernement du Monténégro.
