Rarotonga, Cookeilanden 29 novembre 2004 constituent l'accord en vue de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques entre les Iles Cook et le Royaume de Belgique. Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et de l'Immigration consent à ce que la date de la présente note soit la date d'entrée en vigueur de l'accord susvisé. Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et de l'Immigration se réjouit de collaborer avec l'Ambassade de Belgique sur toutes les questions d'intérêt mutuel dans le cadre du développement des relations entre les Iles Cook et le Royaume de Belgique. Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et de l'Immigration du Gouvernement des Iles Cook saisit cette occasion pour renouveler à l'Ambassade de Belgique à Canberra l'assurance de sa très haute considération.
