| Overwegende dat op 9 maart 2023 de Commissie voor de Regulering van de Elektriciteit en het Gas de sociale maximumprijzen, geldig voor de periode vanaf 1 april 2023 tot en met 30 juni 2023, voor de levering van warmte aan de beschermde residentiële afnemers heeft vastgesteld in toepassing van artikel 6 van het voormelde besluit; De sociale maximumprijs (excl. btw en andere taksen) voor de levering van warmte voor de periode vanaf 1 april 2023 tot en met 30 juni 2023 bedraagt: - 3,853 c/kWh (0,03853 /kWh). Dit tarief is exclusief accijnzen en aansluitingsvergoeding (Wallonië). De netwerktarieven (vervoer en/of distributie) zijn inbegrepen. Deze nieuwe sociale maximumprijs treedt in werking op 1 april 2023. De tarieven zijn ook beschikbaar op : | Considérant qu'au 9 mars 2023, la Commission de Régulation de l'Electricité et du Gaz a fixé le prix social maximal pour la fourniture de chaleur aux clients résidentiels protégés, applicable du 1er avril 2023 au 30 juin 2023 inclus, en application de l'article 6 de l'arrêté précité; Le prix social maximal (hors TVA et autres taxes) pour la fourniture de chaleur, pour la période du 1er avril 2023 au 30 juin 2023 inclus, s'élève à : - 3,853 c/kWh (0,03853 /kWh). Ce tarif est exprimé hors accises et redevance de raccordement (Wallonie). Les tarifs de réseaux (transport et/ou distribution) sont inclus.
