Geleid door de wens om de bestaande vriendschapsbanden tussen beide landen in het kader van de Verenigde Naties te versterken, zou het Koninkrijk België diplomatieke vertegenwoordigers op ambassadoriaal niveau willen uitwisselen. Een bevestigend antwoord op deze Nota vormt een instemming met het instellen van diplomatieke betrekkingen op ambassadoriaal niveau tussen het Koninkrijk België en de Republiek Palau. De datum van ontvangst van het bevestigend antwoord geldt als begindatum. |
