DELANDSHEERE Pierre, attaché (inspecteur social) stagiaire auprès du Service du contrôle administratif à l'Institut national d'assurance maladie-invalidité (rôle linguistique français) est licencié pour inaptitude professionnelle moyennant un préavis de trois mois débutant le lendemain de la notification officielle de l'arrêté. Le recours en annulation de l'acte précité à portée individuelle peut être soumis à la section d'administration du Conseil d'Etat endéans les soixante jours après cette publication.
